We’re always stunned by claims that there are only 30 cool B&B’s in Britain.
Not that there are 30 but how did they get picked. The Times – Travel section will always come up with a spinned lists of cool B&B places to stay. The problem is there are thousands of really cool places to stay and there is no shortage of traditional pubs and inns in the UK to choose from.
An independent list of the 30 coolest B&B’s in Britain would be nice and not one that The Times – Travel has rustled up just to make PR people happy. Any one of Britains oldest pubs owned by Greene King, Marstons and M&B pubs is a good choice for quality accommodation and meeting rooms to hire, so how can a list of 1000′s be reduced to 30.
